Where we ship — and how fast

We operate from Shenzhen with a registered entity in Hong Kong. Every order is tracked door-to-door, and you’ll know exactly where your gear is at every step.

Duties, taxes & import fees

For orders placed through senfshop.com or our Amazon stores (Singapore and Malaysia), all applicable duties and GST/VAT are calculated at checkout — what you see is what you pay. No surprise fees on delivery.

For international orders (US, EU, GCC), import duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise in your cart. We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping where available to keep this as simple as possible; if a carrier collects fees on delivery, we’ll flag it before you confirm.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our Shenzhen warehouse. For senfshop.com orders to VN and MY, tracking works with local couriers (GHN / J&T / Ninja Van). Amazon orders track through Amazon’s logistics network — SingPost / NTT in Singapore, Ninja Van / J&T in Malaysia. International shipments track via DHL, FedEx or EMS depending on service level.

Packaging

Every piece ships in a senfind-branded box with protective inner packaging. Fragile items (bottles, hardware) get additional foam inserts. We use recyclable corrugated board and paper-based void fill — no plastic bubble wrap.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days beyond the estimated window, contact us with your order number. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier within one business day. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we ship a replacement at no cost — or issue a full refund if you prefer.
