Terms of Sale
These terms govern your purchase from senfshop.com and our Amazon stores. They are written in plain language because we believe you should understand exactly what you’re agreeing to.
1 · Who we are
senfind is a registered trademark of Senfan Group Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong on 25 April 2025 (Company No. available from the Companies Registry). Our operational base is in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. For contractual purposes, Senfan Group Limited is the seller of record.
2 · Orders & acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send a confirmation email — not when you click “Buy.” If stock is unavailable, we’ll notify you within 1 business day and offer a refund or substitute. No order is binding until confirmed.
3 · Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in the currency of your selected market (VND, MYR, SGD, AED, USD, EUR). Prices include applicable VAT/GST where pre-paid at checkout. For international orders where duties are not included, they will be flagged before you confirm.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and local e-wallets (Momo, GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go) for VN/MY. Amazon orders follow the platform’s checkout flow — card, PayNow (SG), or Touch ‘n Go eWallet (MY). We do not charge any hidden fees.
4 · Risk & title
Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier signs for delivery at your address. Title transfers on full payment. Until then, we remain liable for transit damage or loss.
5 · Returns & warranty
Our 20-day free-return window and 2-year craft warranty are set out in full on the Refund & Returns Policy. Those terms form part of these Terms and apply automatically to every order.
6 · The Crew membership
Membership in The Crew is free. By joining, you agree to receive occasional emails about new products, member-only releases, and trail events. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click — no retention flows, no “are you sure?” chains. Membership does not create a contractual obligation to purchase.
7 · NFC authenticity
Each senfind product carries a unique NTAG 424 DNA tag. When you register the tag, it becomes permanently linked to your account for warranty and provenance purposes. A registered tag cannot be re-registered by another account without our reset — this is what protects you from counterfeits. See How NFC works for the full technical explanation.
8 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, emotional distress, cost of substitute goods). This limitation does not apply to claims for personal injury, death, or fraud.
9 · Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Hong Kong under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules. For consumer claims where local law mandates a specific forum (e.g., Vietnam’s Consumer Protection Law), that statutory right prevails.
10 · Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as our business evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The version in force on your order date applies to that order.
